The Georgia Tech Biocleanroom, one of the major and unique infrastructure in Institute of Electronics and Nanotechnology (IEN) has been in service since year 2009. The mission of the environment cleanroom is to provide the world-class cleanroom infrastructure to researchers from academia, industry and government agencies at an affordable rate. The Biocleanroom is a combination of class 1000 cleanroom and biosafety level II lab. This unique combination has become a desired environment for contamination-free bio-related fabrication and manufacture.
