About Nanoscribe’s 3D Microfabrication technology

Two-Photon Polymerization for high-precision 3D printing

Nanoscribe’s 3D Microfabrication systems and solutions are based on Two-Photon Polymerization (2PP). 2PP is a key enabling technology for high-precision 3D printing objects and structures of virtually any shape with submicron details. As a specialist in high-precision additive manufacturing, Nanoscribe was the first company making 2PP-based 3D printers commercially available. Are you interested in more information about 2PP?

About Nanoscribe Photonic Professional GT2

Nanoscribe Photonic Professional GT2

Nanoscribe Photonic Professional GT2 The Nanoscribe Photonic Professional GT2 is the world’s highest resolution 3D printer designed for science and rapid prototyping in multi-user facilities and research facilities.

Key features:

· High-speed 3D Microfabrication using galvo technology

· 3D design freedom with submicrometer feature sizes

· Straightforward 3D printing workflow

· Dynamic Precision Printing modes

The well-tuned hardware of the high-precision 3D printer focuses a pulsed laser beam into a very tight region inside of a photosensitive material. An optical autofocus (AF) system precisely locates the interface between the resin and the substrate to accurately position the printed object. For fast and precise printing, galvo scanners move the focal point in the focal plane at a speed of hundreds of millimeters per second. Nanoscribe’s DeScribe software ensures a straightforward workflow, from importing the CAD model to printing the object. The software also features predefined print modes that serve as well-balanced starting points for preparing specific microfabrication jobs. These print modes include a set of carefully tuned print parameters, such as layer and line spacing of the print structure, scan speed and various print strategies that define an optimal laser focus path through the resin. Find more detailed information on the Nanoscribe Photonic Professional GT2. And get to know the DeScribe software in a short YouTube video.
