Steps to Become a Lab Only (Non-Cleanroom) User

We have several tools outside of our cleanrooms, including an Hitachi 3500 SEM, Dage X-ray System, and CO2 and IR Lasers (see the full list of available equipment on our rates page.). For questions regarding lab equipment, contact a member of our staff using the email addresses provided on our contact page.

1. You do not need to attend any type of orientation to use our lab equipment. If you are already an IEN user, you can already sign-up for training on lab equipment.
2. If you are NOT any type of IEN user, are NOT already signed up for orientation, and ONLY need to use lab equipment, please contact a member of our staff on the contact page.
3. You will be added to our system within 48 hours. You will receive an email with directions on signing up for training.
